(*) By System Login Accounts we mean those with live logon authority to the cloud server.You may have an unlimited number of Login Accounts (workers and volunteers) arriving or leaving your staff group without removing them as current logins from your system (as you will need full audit history of entries made)   but those that no longer access the system should be made inactive.

We have complete faith in our product, therefore we guarantee that the system will operate functionally with no extra cost for support if we need to put things right. We also fully warrant any development of bespoke solutions. Occasionally however, there may be issues outside of our control such as software conflicts arising from customer environmental changes that will require further support costs. These will be advised and agreed as and when they become apparent.  Support will be available to all system users on a 'fair usage' basis, and where this is likely to be exceeded the client will be advised in advance and steps taken to avoid incurring any extra support costs. Where training is not purchased or fair usage has been exceeded, a support hotline will be made available at a cost of no more than £1.50 per minute.
