"Data gathering is in the DNA of the Rural Outreach Center, so CORS was a perfect software solution for us. We track 14 outcomes and CORS tracks our Participants’ movement up and down those scales. It also allows us to track Participant’s phone calls, visits, and programming - and then allows us to gather the information for grants and reports.

Karen and John are always very helpful and available for whatever we need. They have listened to what we needed from CORS and helped us figure out ways to get it. We cannot say enough good things about the software or Karen and John!"

Essentials Plus Training

"CORS is invaluable to me. I use it for staff records, volunteers and trainees. This allows all management to have direct access over the four companies. The daily attendance register helps to keep a note of any training missed due to sickness, this also supplies us with figures required for our contract with Skills Development Scotland to show attendance and attainment. The addition of pictures to individual folders is helping to provide proof of placement undertaken for both Skills Development Scotland and also for use in the SQA folders. At our SQA systems review the CORS system was complimented as an excellent practice. The report prints give me the % figures requested by SDS for gender, ethnicity, health barriers etc. that form part of our contract. Changes and additions are undertaken by Gravitas on request very quickly which helps us to keep the required information up to date and relevant."

"Our service provides support to families in a very direct and personal manner, tailoring support around individual need. ACS is innovative in its approach, which is changing the way children and young people receive support in light of Personalisation and self-directed support.

Due to this ACS requires a new and innovative approach to recording outcomes, a way to insure that the individual support each client received was recorded accordingly and accurately, in a way, which was individual to them and not as a collective account of all. A system, which would be flexible to meet the needs of the clients as well as sharing accurate reporting with our stakeholders and partners.

On meeting Gravitas staff and being, introduced to CORS enabled ACS to tick all the boxes which was required to enable us to show our stakeholders and the care inspectorate that we were able to evidence the work we did. CORS system is a vital part of ACS it helps us individualise our service for each client, as well as producing outcome reports for the service as a whole.

Our work has to meet the standards of the care inspectorate, show outcomes that evidence progress to meet the assessments of social services and provide evidence for funders and future contractors.

Gravitas on-going support enables ACS, to use CORS to its fullest their personal approach shows they really care about the work we do. CORS plays a vital role in the running and develop of ACS and the background support makes it possible for us to have full confidence to secure future funding and tender for contracts.

ACS is a unique service that required a unique recording system and as we continue to grow CORS will continue to support our development as it plays a vital role to how we show and evidence the work we do."
